Psalm 100 tells us that we've been created by God to worship Him. Every aspect of our lives is to glorify and magnify the name of the Lord (1 Corinthians 10:31). Not only are we created for worship, but we are commanded to worship the Lord by presenting ourselves as a living sacrifice to Him (Romans 12:1) and we are compelled to worship God because of His work of redemption through Jesus (Ephesians 2:4-9).
